Weight Loss Rewards.

I'm not even going to pretend this isn't a filler post. I'm planning a big shopping trip for as soon as I reach my weight goal, so I've been searching the internet for good buys. I'm trying to transition into an older style, but still maintain the sweet elements that I love. I think that everything I've been interested in wearing lately has a much cleaner and less cluttered feel to the clothes I've picked out in the past. These are basically the things I've decided on so far (granted they fit, of course.)

A Festival, Captain America, and a Fantastic Fashion Find.

Yesterday my wonderful boyfriend and I planned to go to A local Festival called Renton River Days, it is like many places in the area layout wise, in that it has Fun play areas for kids, Several great looking food stands, and tons of vendors selling everything from custom clothing to handmade soaps. While all of this was amazing and I even tried on a few things, the biggest thing I was drawn to was the petting zoo! They had my dream pet there, the ultimate adorable and slightly odd animal.

Eyelashes for miles.

I ordered a ton of stuff from eBay, and although I'm still waiting on some of them, the most exciting thing came first, 60 pairs of eyelashes.

The listing was for sixty lashes in six different styles. It came to about eight dollars including shipping, and they come in these boxes. I do have to say that they were a little rumpled when I got them, nothing major, but one or two of the individual strips will have to be re-shaped a bit. 

Buttery Brown Snickerdoodle Recipe (Super Image Heavy)

It's time to put the "sugar" in Lunar Sugar! Today I felt like making some cookies, but I never like to follow a recipe exactly. I searched for a sugar cookie recipe that was already a little different and turned it into a snickerdoodle recipe! If you don't already know, most snickerdoodles are just sugar cookies covered in cinnamon sugar. These are a little different as the original recipe was brown sugar based. I think they turned out great, so here's my altered recipe! The original is here. 

Summer fun but no lenses.

This week I've been waiting not so patiently for my circle lenses, but sadly they have not come yet. A few other things have, but I'll cover that later.

This weekend has been really eventful on Friday I went thrifting with my boyfriend but ended up buying a ton of makeup instead lol. I bought two tubes of Revlon matte lipstick, one in sky pink and one in stormy pink. I'll review them if my lenses ever arrive.

We were going to just call it a day and hang out at my house for the rest of the night, but we got tempted and ended up going to the mall for dinner and a movie. Transformers was the only thing really worth a shot.

I'd say it was pretty good, it was better than the second one (less bad comedy writing) and not as good as the first one. Of course Megan Fox was replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, at first I was annoyed about it but she turned out to be really good. Definitely better acting wise, the character wasn't written as well but she definitely did a good job in the role. Overall Transformers 3 is worth seeing if you're really into the series.
