Christmas ♥

Happy Holidays, everyone! I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and had tons of fun with your family and friends. I had a wonderful Christmas this year and I am very happy. On Christmas eve I made a NY style cheesecake to take to my mother's boyfriend's house, and we had a nice time eating and talking with everyone there. My mom and I were also not so happy with the dress I had planned to wear to dinner, so that morning she let me open one of my presents early and I wore the dress inside it that night. Everyone said my cheesecake was very good, and my mom's boyfriend gave me a Victoria's Secret giftcard just like last year! 

I stayed up until two baking and making candies for my boyfriend on Christmas eve/morning, and then went to sleep for a few hours. I like to open my presents nice and early like a little kid, so I bring everything into my mom's room and she wakes up to watch me open everything. She loves seeing my reaction to the things she picked out. This is what she gave me.

The forever 21 giftcard is actually from my birthday.

My kitchen aid is PURPLE! I'm so excited about it, it's even the one I posted a picture of months ago, but in my favorite color! I also got two video games I was lusting over (zeldaaaaaaa) and some cute lip gloss that my mom admitted she got as a free gift with purchase XD. I also got Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows parts 1 &2, which I marathoned last night. When I thought I had opened everything she told me to go to check my stocking (we don't do stockings usually) and inside was a $100 visa gift card *o*. I was so silly for being upset about the wig before I even saw what was going on, lol.

After I tinkered with my things a little and gave my mom her gift, a deluxe pedicure set, my boyfriend came to pick me up and we went to his house for a bit. His parents are way too nice to me and had gotten me a ton of really cute gifts! It was mostly accessories, which I really needed, but they also gave me about 25 full sized bars of Theo's fair trade chocolate in holiday flavors and this super cute hooded blanket!

They also gave me another forever 21 giftcard! I really didn't expect them to get me anything and they were so sweet and generous to do so. I'm really happy they like me, I was so afraid they wouldn't a year ago.

After that, we went to their neighbor's house for dinner (I made another cheesecake) and it was a really fun group of people! I can be really shy in situations like that, but I felt really comfortable.

I was so ridiculous to worry about the whole wig thing. I don't usually get giftcards or money as a gift, but I should have figured it would work out. I have $100 for forever 21, $25 for VS, $100 on my visa gift card, and an additional $50 in cash from my auntie. I'm set for any shopping I want to do. I'm also going to get something extra for my boyfriend, I don't feel like I gave him enough this year. So I'll pick something up for him when I go shopping with my friends sometime in the next two weeks!
